Ejari rental registrations in Dubai can now be completed via WhatsApp

Tenants in Dubai can now update their Ejari rental records with the Dubai Land Department through WhatsApp, aligning with broader government efforts to streamline and digitize real estate services.

According to Injaz, a registered real estate trustee with the Dubai Land Department, this new service eliminates the need for in-person visits by allowing tenants to complete their Ejari registration entirely online.

Tenants can connect with approximately ten approved service trustees via WhatsApp to carry out Ejari updates and submit necessary documentation with ease and efficiency.
